3. Professional Oracy: Cultivating exceptional speaking and presentation skills ensuring students can articulate ideas confidently in both academic debates and professional pitches.

4. Targeted Progress Tracking: Using regular diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps providing clear feedback to ensure students excel in their terminal GCSE examinations.

5. Project Mentorship: Guiding students through cross-curricular projects helping them apply their literary and linguistic skills to workplace-simulated briefs.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an adaptive educator who is passionate about making English vital practical and intellectually stimulating for all learners. Your profile should show:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) along with a degree in English Literature English Language Creative Writing or a closely related field.

• Versatile Classroom Management: The ability to manage both structured exam preparation and fluid independent project sessions with a calm professional presence.

• Industry Awareness: An understanding of how literacy and communication skills translate into modern digital creative and professional sectors.
