Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver comprehensive English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Set structured homework mark assessments consistently and provide detailed feedback to guide pupil improvement.
Prepare Key Stage 4 cohorts effectively for GCSE examination components reading comprehension and creative writing modules.
Participate in departmental planning moderation exercises and extra-curricular reading groups or debate clubs.
