Engineering Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting two Engineering Team Leaders for a market-leading manufacturing business in Northampton. This is a fast-paced highly automated and heavily invested site and a rare opportunity to lead a small team on an exceptional salary.

The Role

You will lead a team of 34 multi-skilled engineers on shift allocating work managing performance and development and staying hands-on with the tools yourself. You will own your areas KPIs unplanned downtime MTBF compliance to plan and spares inventory and drive Preventative and Autonomous Maintenance to improve reliability.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
• HND or degree in Engineering (mechanical electrical or industrial) or a time-served apprenticeship with strong experience
• Solid knowledge of process plant utilities and infrastructure
• Familiarity with RCA CBM 5S and Kaizen
• Someone who still wants to be on the tools not purely managing
