Talentmark are currently recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager to join a well-established organisation within the FMCG sector.
Our client is a leading manufacturer producing high-quality products for major retailers and global consumer brands. This is a permanent opportunity supporting exciting engineering and capital projects across two manufacturing sites in the North West.
Salary: A competitive package based on experience including car allowance 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension.
Location: The ideal candidate will be located in Warrington or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full project lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
- Leading capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects including planning budgeting procurement installation and commissioning.
- Working closely with production engineering quality maintenance and HSE teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Driving effective communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensuring all engineering activities comply with relevant legislation company policies and industry standards.
Your Background:
- A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND Degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing engineering or capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience within the FMCG sector such as beverages personal care household chemicals or a related manufacturing industry.
- Strong project management planning and organisational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites.
