Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering projects within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector. You will be responsible for managing engineering delivery supporting team development driving innovation and ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to important projects that support the clean-up and future of the UKs nuclear facilities.
- Lead and support engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Manage technical risks and ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical civil electrical and control & instrumentation engineers.
- Encourage innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with clients stakeholders and supply chain partners to develop effective solutions.
- Support resource planning recruitment and development of engineering talent.
- Promote safe efficient and compliant project delivery.
- Contribute to business growth through technical expertise and bid support.
- Strong engineering background with experience leading multidisciplinary projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Good understanding of nuclear engineering design regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation continuous improvement and technical excellence.
