Engineering Manager Global Payroll

• Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers
• Set the direction of your team. Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges and create an actionable plan to solve them.
• Collaborate with sales product support and operations teams in shaping the product

• 7 years of experience in software development and delivery with in-depth knowledge of software architectures
• 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in leading small and mid-sized development teams
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science computer engineering or experience in a relevant field
• Solid programming skills a track record and passion for improving the code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability
• Great project management skills to lead care about product ownership an outstanding customer-centric mindset and solving problems for our customers.
• Hands-on development experience using Python Django MongoDB React AWS is a plus
