Proven experience in an Engineering Manager Engineering Team Lead or Senior Engineering leadership position.
Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
Experience delivering engineering projects within budget and agreed timescales.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience working within manufacturing industrial engineering services or a related technical environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of health safety and quality standards relevant to engineering operations.
Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leadership role.
Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven track record of delivering engineering projects successfully.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
