Engineering Lead | Equities Derivatives Technology | Executive Director

Were seeking someone to join our team asan Engineering LeadinESTARtolead the development of our next generation applications for intraday risk management and scenario analysis for the global Equity trading business.

In the Technology division we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is an Executive Director position within theRV2 team with senior individual contributor and product lead responsibilities.

Whatyou willdo in the role:

• You will be in constant communication with all stakeholders to shape the future direction of theproduct.

• You will personally contribute to the development of theproduct.

• You will manage the teamsdelivery.

• You will coordinate with the rest of the Equity Risk Systems department and the ongoing renovation projects to ensure that the platform goals aremet.

Whatyou willbring to the role:

• Ability to foster productive relationships with a global tradingdesk.

• Ability to lead the team through engineeringchallenges.

• Understanding of equity derivatives trading business

• Understanding of the dynamics of enterprise systems

• Experience in dealing with complicated and conflicting requirements and scheduling and reconcilingthem.

• Experience in large scale distributed systems development on modern infrastructure platforms such as containers and cloud orchestration solutions

• ExperiencewithusingAIfor code generation(e.g. Claude or AMP)would bean advantage
