Were looking for an organised and detail-focused Energy Recharge Analyst to join our Recharging team within our Utility Management division helping us deliver accurate efficient and high-quality services for our clients.

As our recharging services continue to grow this role will play an important part in ensuring utility and energy data is accurately captured validated and processed supporting the smooth operation of tenant recharging activities. Youll work across a range of processes from invoice and meter data validation through to recharging mobilisations change of tenancy activity and the production of detailed client reports.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with data takes pride in accuracy and is motivated by delivering a reliable service to clients. Youll work closely with colleagues across the Recharging and wider Utility Management teams while also supporting our Sales Team by identifying and assisting with new recharging opportunities.

The Opportunity
As a Recharging Analyst within Optimised you will be part of the Recharging team within the wider Utility Management team responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery.

The role will include entering and validating utility and energy invoices and meter reads in our data management system recharging mobilisations creating recharges for tenants processing change of tenancies creating various detailed reports for our clients and supporting the Sales Team with recharging opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience either performing Utility Bureau or Recharging activities within the Industrial & Commercial utilities market as well as a good knowledge of metering.
  • Strong understanding of all components of an electricity gas and water bill.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - having the ability to communicate complex utility issues with suppliers clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel - be confident to manipulate data formatting data creating and reviewing formulas.
  • Customer Service Experience - strong investigation skills and the ability to follow queries through from the start to the end.
