Energy Modeller

Were working with an established SME consultancy to find an Energy Modeller for their Surrey office with a focus on commercial projects.
The business is growing with plans to open a new Central London office within the next 12 months offering a genuine opportunity to be part of that expansion and future career development.
Responsibilities:
- Producing energy models and assessments across a range of commercial projects
- Carrying out NDEA (Non-Domestic Energy Assessment) and building performance modelling
- Using IES (Virtual Environment) to support design decisions and compliance
- Advising design teams on energy efficiency overheating and sustainability strategies
- Preparing supporting documentation for planning and Building Regulations submissions
- Liaising with clients architects and engineers throughout the design process
About you:
- Experience as an Energy Modeller ideally with NDEA accreditation
- Proficient in IES (Virtual Environment)
- Strong understanding of commercial building services and sustainability principles
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider design team
- Good communication skills confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
