Job Summary
Maintenance Technician
You perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
Responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues guests and visitors.
Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance including plumbing electrical and building works
To be able to solve defects on daily basis
To be able to deal with contractors and maintain paperwork including HS FS PPMs risk assessments etc.
Take part in hotel projects to improve FF&E quality efficiency and sustainability
Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Flexible and available in emergency situations
