EN Maintenance Agent-Technician (3 days per week)

About the Role:

Adagio is looking for a sharp reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced property team on a part-time basis working 3 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable efficient dependable and proactive. You will play an important role in keeping the property safe functional and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of property maintenance issues.
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities equipment and common areas to identify potential problems.
• Help keep the property safe clean functional and well maintained.
• Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Track document and report maintenance issues to management.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest practical solutions.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time across multiple requests.
• Work independently while communicating clearly with management and other team members.
