What you will be doing:

• Lead mentor and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations ensuring brand standards and service excellence are maintained
• Monitor stock levels equipment and hygiene standards while ensuring compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Drive sales through upselling promotion of hotel services and innovative ideas
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Passion for hospitality food and beverage and guest service
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership communication and team development skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Knowledge of food safety licensing regulations and operational standards
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
