Ready for a sizzling career move You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our establishment in Worsley United this senior kitchen position you will take charge of a specific section of the kitchen demonstrating exceptional technical expertise leadership and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The successful candidate will be organised detail-oriented and efficient in managing both the day-to-day operations of their section and the development of their team.

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and consistency Maintain strict adherence to food safety hygiene and health and safety regulations at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels within your section updating chef with any shortfalls and minimising waste Maintain meticulous organisation of your station ensuring all equipment is clean well-maintained and ready for service
  • Manage time effectively during service prioritising tasks and maintaining composure under pressure Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen procedures and practices Communicate effectively with other sections and senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operation

Qualifications :

 

  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience with at least a year in a Chef de Partie or equivalent senior kitchen role Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods Proven expertise in food safety and hygiene standards with relevant certification (e.g. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate)
  • Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in inventory management and cost control Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of quality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in fine dining high-volume establishments or similar professional kitchen environments
