Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for your next challenge Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen where no two days are the same If so wed love to hear from you.

At Novotel Birmingham Centre youll be part of a talented and supportive kitchen team in one of Birminghams leading conference and events hotels.

What Youll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality dishes across all areas of the kitchen.

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering exceptional food standards.

• Working on busy conference lunches during the week serving large-scale corporate events.

• Playing a key role during our exciting Christmas party season delivering memorable dining experiences for hundreds of guests.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Helping with stock rotation food preparation and reducing waste.

• Assisting in training and supporting junior team members where required.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.

• A passion for fresh food and delivering consistent quality.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.

• Food Safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
