What the role involves...
Joining our Employment Rights team youll manage a varied caseload of claimant employment matters supporting clients through challenging situations including unfair dismissal discrimination whistleblowing and workplace disputes. Just as importantly youll be someone who enjoys building relationships providing reassurance and keeping clients engaged and informed throughout their journey.
Who we are looking for...
Were interested in candidates with at least two years experience handling employment tribunal litigation and managing their own caseload. Youll have a strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures excellent communication skills and the ability to assess claims provide clear advice and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
