Were looking for a people-focused target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to and influence a wide range of this role youll wear many hats supporting encouraging signposting advising coaching and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.

Salary:29291 rising to 31161 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

Location:Onsite in High Wycombe (HP13 6LA)

Hours:Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

What Youll Do:

• Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) with plenty of support along the way
• Manage a caseload of customers with face-to-face appointments throughout the day creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
• Help build confidence develop skills and change mindsets
• Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers

What Youll Bring:

• A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
• Ability to build rapport understand and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
• Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
• Resilience and a growth mindset and a real passion for making a difference.
