EMEA Salesforce Lead

- Lead Salesforce adoption governance and best practices across the EMEA region
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related processes enhancements and user support
- Partner with sales leadership to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs that provide visibility into business performance
- Analyse sales and pipeline data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
- Drive data quality initiatives and ensure the integrity of Salesforce information
- Support sales forecasting territory planning and performance tracking activities
- Collaborate with global teams on Salesforce enhancements deployments and system improvements
- Deliver training guidance and user enablement programmes to maximise tool utilisation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across sales operations and technology platforms
- University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration sales operations CRM management or a related field
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality reporting and analytics
- Experience supporting sales organisations within a multi-country or regional environment
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience creating dashboards reports and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent qualification
- Experience working within a complex global matrix organisation
- Knowledge of sales forecasting pipeline management and territory planning
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
- Project management or continuous improvement experience
