Responsible for establishingEMEApricing strategy includingEuropeanFloor Price frameworks and compliance governance implemented via local operational execution excellence
DeliversPrice & Contracting/Tenderingvision and strategy for thecommercial organizationbyretainingand applying an in-depth understanding of customer needs andleveragingthose insights to create an unparalleled sales experience.
Participates in the design of strategic sales plans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints thatleverageconsumer data and customer insight tooptimizePricing & Contracting/Tenderingenablement and ensure the achievement ofsales objectives.
Designs key performance indicators to measure the performance ofPricing & Contracting/Tenderingdepartments and benchmark theorganizations capabilitieswith competitors and industry leading standards.
Developsrelationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand consumer prioritiesidentifycapability gaps conduct on-going needs assessments and translate needs into targeted solutions.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g. budget performance and compliance) as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Proactively creates apurpose drivenenvironment by aligning Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
