About the opportunity

Were looking for an engaging Change Manager to support transformational change across FCTG Corporates EMEA this highly visible role youll help drive the successful adoption of new systems processes technologies and ways of working while ensuring our people are informed prepared and supported throughout the change journey.

Working closely with deployment technology business enablement teams and regional leaders youll play a key role in assessing business readiness managing stakeholder engagement developing impactful communications and delivering change initiatives aligned to global frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes champion change and make a meaningful impact across the region.

This will be a 12-18 month secondment to cover a period of maternity leave.

What youll need

• Minimum 1.5 years experience in the travel industry with a sound understanding of corporate travel operations.
• Proven experience effectively communicating with a broad business audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business objectives and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Confident challenging the status quo and recommending improved approaches.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of end-to-end corporate travel processes including GDS BO/MO QC OBT and reporting tools is preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
