Joining a team spanning software hardware and new product development youll help shape how products are tested. Your work will make testing faster more consistent and repeatable supporting the business as it grows.

Youll gain experience across the product development process working closely with engineers from different disciplines. As the product portfolio expands youll have opportunities to tackle new technical challenges broaden your expertise and take on greater responsibility.

The role would suit an engineer looking to build on their commercial experience in software test engineering or automation with an interest in the interaction between software and physical products.

• Develop and standardise automated product testing and validation methods.
• Create software test harnesses and test rigs that improve testing efficiency.
• Work across C# applications microcontrollers and embedded C.
• Translate requirements into practical testing solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software colleagues to investigate issues and improve product performance.

• At least three years experience using C#.
• Experience with microcontrollers and embedded C.
• An understanding of automated testing validation or test system development.
• Strong problem-solving communication and requirements-gathering skills.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with Visual Studio unit testing CI/CD or regulated product development would be useful.

Circa 41500 basic salary plus a 5% discretionary bonus alongside the opportunity to develop your career within a growing FMCG company.

The role is based in Swansea with 4.5 days onsite and home-working flexibility subject to the companys hybrid policy.
