Job Summary
Passionate and Innovative Business Teacher
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Teacher to join our energetic educational community in Stourbridge.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Business a dedication to fostering a stimulating learning environment and a strong desire to help students achieve their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business lessons across KS4 and KS5
Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and inspires entrepreneurial thinking
Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments
Provide constructive feedback and support to students
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the department
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field
A teaching qualification (PGCE QTS or equivalent)
Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level is preferred
Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks
