Job Summary

We are recruiting for a permanent 1:1 care role where you will never practice in isolation; operations run on a structured double-nurse shift system meaning a qualified peer is always on duty alongside you.

The clinical unit is directed by a Western-trained Lead Physician and bolstered by specialized Western-trained Physiotherapists.

Your core duties focus on strict medication management comprehensive chronic condition monitoring and seamless medical coordination as the vessel transits through elite Mediterranean hubs including Marbella Monaco Greece the Algarve Ibiza Mallorca and the Côte dAzur.

Requirements

Credentials: Completed a Western-accredited 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

Registration: Maintained active professional nursing registration.

Experience: At least 4 years of recent background operating in high-acuity acute hospital departments (such as the Intensive Care Unit or Emergency Department).

Languages: Proficient fluent command of English.

Travel: Total readiness to accommodate international travel demands.

Required Skills:

Medical degree from the UK Ireland Europe USA Canada Australia or New Zealand. Minimum 5 years post-specialisation. Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine concierge medicine executive health remote medicine travel medicine or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred.
