37 hours per week 40 weeks per year during term time

This role is to coordinate the successful transition and support provided to those students with an EHCP. The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of ALS Senior ALS Coordinator and other key staff both within the department and across college and will be responsible for monitoring achievement and hosting annual reviews along with liaising with local authorities and other external professions in addition to parents and carers.
