Youll take a national leadership position shaping and expanding our technical & engineering capability. Youll guide the delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure programmes influence strategic decisions for high-profile UK water clients and play a pivotal role in embedding best practice across the business. We are building talent pipelines for a range of exciting opportunities across our UK Water businesses. Opportunities span Senior Principal and Lead-level positions across disciplines including:
- Flood Risk Modellers
- Wastewater Modeller
- Civil Engineer
- Process Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- EICA Engineer

Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
Were seeking a experienced water and environmental professional who combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. Youll bring proven experience delivering flood risk drainage and water management solutions across complex infrastructure projects alongside a strong understanding of UK environmental regulations and the regulated water sector.
You will have:
- A degree in Environmental Engineering Water Resources Civil Engineering Hydrology Environmental Science or a related discipline.
- Chartered status (or equivalent) with a recognised professional institution such as CIWEM ICE or similar.
- Extensive experience in flood risk drainage hydraulic modelling and sustainable water infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation planning permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in asset planning catchment management resilience strategies and sustainable water solutions.
- Experience using industry-standard modelling GIS and environmental assessment tools.
- A successful track record within the UK water sector supporting environmental water resources and resilience programmes.
- The confidence to build trusted relationships with clients regulators and key stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness including business development bid support and growing client partnerships.
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing teams mentoring talent and fostering high-performing cultures.
