We are engaging Education & Tutoring Experts to contribute to an innovative customer this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with other project participants.
2. Simulate common tutoring scenarios including explaining concepts answering questions guiding learners and providing academic support.
3. Provide clear accurate and helpful explanations tailored to different learning needs and levels.
4. Demonstrate effective teaching techniques active listening questioning and student engagement during conversations.
5. Adapt your communication and teaching approach based on the learners needs understanding and progress.
6. Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive and professional manner.
7. Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural and representative of real-world tutoring or teaching interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional experience as a Teacher Private Tutor Academic Tutor Educator Academic Coach or similar role.
2. Several years of hands-on teaching tutoring or academic support experience preferred.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different learners.
5. Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring teaching mentoring or academic coaching sessions.
6. Strong active listening patience and student engagement skills.
7. Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
