Role Purpose:
At Jimmy Choo we are seeking anorganisedand detail-driven EcommerceTradingAssistant tosupportwiththe delivery of an exceptional digital experience across our globalPartner network.You will support the Ecommerce Partnerships Trading Manager in ensuring collections are launched seamlessly presented to the highest standard and optimised tomaximiseperformance across leading luxury platforms.
Nature and Scope of Position:
Support the execution ofseasonal product launchesand capsules;manageproductcreation maintaining accuracy across pricing imagery and product information to ensureaflawlessand consistentonline presentation
Build and maintaintracking tools and reportsto monitor product launchesstock on handand Jimmy Choo activity across partner sites and channels.
Coordinateseasonalmarkdownoperations ensuring accuracy consistency and timely execution across all partners
Conduct regularsite reviews ensuring brand representation is elevatedaccurateand alignedto our own ecommerce UXstandard.
Provideproductselectionsfor edits emails and other marketingactivitybased on knowledge of bestsellers and stock depth.
Produceweekly and seasonal performance insights identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and driveperformance.
Support day-to-daypartner relationships ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
Assist in the delivery ofcampaign launches includingcampaignasset distributionbrand page updatesandvisual merchandisingto reflect seasonal storytelling.
Assist withstock and operational processes ensuring smooth coordinationofproduct deliveriesRTVsand quarterly stock takes.
Conduct and present regularcompetitor reviews sharing opportunities for growth and innovation.
Skills and Experience Required:
Agraduate withstrong interest inecommerce and the luxury fashion landscape
Highlyorganisedwith exceptional attention to detailand the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working with data andadvanced Excel skills
Strongwritten and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
Proactivesolution-oriented and motivated to deliver excellence
Experience with ecommerceormerchandising systems is advantageous
