We are currently partnering with some highly rated forward-thinking nurseries right across Sydenham and the SE26 area. They are actively looking for upbeat hands-on Early Years Practitioners and Assistants to join their teams on a flexible basis and keep the positive momentum going.

You put your heart and soul into guiding the children which means you need a schedule that respects your life outside the nursery. If you want a role where you can jump straight into the fun stuff while maintaining complete control over your working week you are in the right place.

We are looking for go-getters who are ready to make a difference the moment they walk through the door. We have spots open for:

1. Qualified Educators (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You possess a full and recognized Early Years qualification (such as an NVQ NNEB CACHE or Level 3 Early Years Educator).
  

• (Note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant pathways do not cover statutory nursery ratios for this tier).
  

2. Experienced Nursery Assistants:

• You might not have the official qualification yet but you have recent hands-on professional experience in a busy nursery. You know exactly what needs to be done without being asked!
  

What you need to bring:

• The Drive: A genuinely enthusiastic approach to childcare total reliability and a readiness to dive into the daily routine.
  

• Safety First: A Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is preferred. If you dont have one you just need to be willing to undertake the training to keep the little ones safe under our care.
  

• Excellent Pay Every Friday: Your proactive energy is highly valued. Take home between 12.75 and 14.50 an hour paid reliably into your account at the end of every week.
