Job Title: Early Years Practitioners & Assistants (Flexible Supply)
Location: Crystal Palace Southwark and Surrounding Areas London
Salary: 12.75 14.50 per hour (Weekly Pay every Friday)
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Flexible

We are partnering with vibrant high-quality nurseries across Crystal Palace and Southwark and we are looking for hardworking deeply passionate Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to join our network.

We are building a team of enthusiastic professionals who genuinely care about early childhood. We are currently welcoming candidates from two pathways:
1. The Qualified Pathway:
You hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ CACHE Early Years Educator NNEB).
Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care qualifications do not meet the statutory ratio requirements for this tier.
2. The Experienced Unqualified Pathway:
You might not have the official certificate yet but you have the hands-on experience and the heart for it! We welcome applications from proactive enthusiastic individuals who have verifiable recent experience working in an early years setting.
The Essentials for Everyone:
The Mindset: You must be energetic reliable and ready to get stuck in from the moment you walk through the nursery doors.
The 2025 Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable to help keep our settings safe. If you dont have one but are committed to the sector we will help guide you on how to get certified.
Work On Your Doorstep: We focus on local placements. Whether you are right by Crystal Palace Park or closer to the heart of Southwark our "Local-First" system keeps your commute short and sweet.
Reliable Weekly Pay: Your hard work deserves immediate reward. Earn between 12.75 and 14.50 per hour paid directly into your bank account every single Friday.

Who We Are Looking For: We pride ourselves on providing nurseries with enthusiastic reliable staff who genuinely love working with children. We have roles across two tiers: The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a Full & Relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates. Compliance (The 2025 Standard): Safety first! To be counted in nursery ratios you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate.
