We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Minimum Level 2 Qualified) to join our team and help shape the future of our setting as we grow.

While we work with children aged 0-5 we have a strong preference for practitioners with expertise in the Baby Room. If you have a natural talent for nurturing our youngest learners and want to be part of a high-standard supportive educational environment we want to hear from you.

• EYFS Excellence: Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision ensuring holistic development for all children (0-5) including those with SEND.
  

• Baby Room Expertise: Lead by example in providing a nurturing safe and stimulating environment for our infants.
  

• Observations & Assessments: Conduct regular child observations and maintain detailed digital/written records in line with EYFS guidelines.
  

• Parent Partnership: Maintain warm professional relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates on developmental milestones.
  

• Growth & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas to help shape nursery practices and environment as our setting expands.
  

• Qualification: Minimum Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years (Level 3 preferred).
  

• Experience: Proven experience within a nursery setting with a specific interest or expertise in under 2s/Baby Room care.
  

• Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and the SEND Code of Practice.
