Location: Huntingdon (with regular travel across thesouth of ourregion to include areas Essex Suffolk & Northamptonand early starts)

About the role
Basedfromour Huntingdon officeyoullsupport Early Careers recruitment activity across our region including locations such asEssexNorthamptonand Suffolk.
The role involves planning and delivering recruitment events attractioncampaignsand assessment centres so flexibility is important.Youllbe comfortable with regular travel early starts (typically arriving on site from 7.30am to set up) and occasional overnight stays in hotels as part of campaign delivery.
Youllneed to be highly organised able to manage competing priorities and confident coordinating multiple activities at pace.
What will you be doing
As an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor you willbe responsible forthe end-to-end planning and delivery of our Early Careers recruitment activity including apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
Working closely with Hiring Managers Early Careers BusinessPartnersand a wide range of stakeholders you will ensure a professionalinclusiveand engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the attraction and recruitment process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of a robust Early Careers recruitment strategy across the region
Managing recruitment campaigns from attraction through toselection ensuring activity is delivered on time and effectively
Creatingproducingand adapting recruitment materials and adverts to attract and assess suitable candidates
Planning and coordinating attraction events assessmentcentresand candidate activities including preparation of materialslogisticsand stakeholder involvement
Managing multiple recruitment timelines and priorities adapting plans whento meet business needs
Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey ensuring an excellent experience from application through to onboarding
What do you need
To be successful in this roleyoullhave:
Proven experience in recruitment ideally within an internal recruitment environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering recruitment activity within a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate campaignseventsand assessment centres effectively
Experience preparing for and supporting assessment centres ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with the ability to managelogistics timelines and competing demands whilemaintaininga high-quality candidate experience
The ability to adapt quickly problem-solve and deliver at short notice when priorities change
PreviousEarly Careers recruitment experience would be beneficial
Strong IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems and digital tools
A full UK driving licence as regular travel across the region is
