Contract Duration:2 Year Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension
Location: LondonUnited Kingdom (Hybrid).
- Lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of programme support processes and operational frameworks.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures guidance and delivery documentation.
- Ensure consistent operational delivery across multiple programme teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyse operational performance and recommend process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new systems tools and ways of working.
- Build collaborative relationships across Programme Delivery Digital Finance Quality Assurance and Compliance teams.
- Provide operational advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational queries.
- Line manage Programme Support Officers.
- Coach and support colleagues in adopting new operational processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience leading operational or programme support activities within a complex organisation.
- Experience designing or improving operational processes and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering against deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting grant-funded or public sector programmes.
- Knowledge of Erasmus or similar international education programmes.
- Experience of digital transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
