Join us and support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers.

Youllwork closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system.

Engaging with customers regularly and publicising new features introduced in each release along with ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process and just part of this vital role. Youll also help design and implement new solutions with guidance from the technical leads and solution architects monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate and identify troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls acting as the 3rd line of support and determining the impact and priority for incidents reported.

A working knowledge with hand on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management is crucial along with a working knowledge of business processes within Finance & Operations for examplepurchaseledger generalledgerand workflow.

If you have excellent analytical problem solving stakeholder engagement and communication skills and certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant or equivalenthands ontechnical experience then we want to hear from you now!
