Our Dynamics Practice and Power Platform Team is at the forefront of delivering innovative high-impact solutions to major government departments and other non- government agencies. Were working on a variety of exciting projects that push the boundaries of automation architecture and artificial intelligence.

Skills we cant do without:

• Professional experience of minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including a track record of large end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM specialising in customer service and SDLC Software Development Lifecycle.
• An understanding of gathering requirements conducting customer workshops translating technical language into everyday terminology.
• Experience with implementing enterprise scale Dynamics CRM solutions
• Optionally experience of other Dynamics modules such as Customer Insights Field Service and Sales.

Location: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity with occasional UK domestictravel as required.

Additional requirement: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance (already holding an SC clearance might be an advantage).
