Our client is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst with Chinese language skills to support complex investigative assignments for multinational corporations financial institutions investors and professional services firms.
The role involves conducting in-depth research into companies and individuals across multiple jurisdictions assessing integrity and reputational risks and producing high-quality reports to support business investment and compliance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open-source due diligence research on companies individuals and assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- Navigate complex cross-border risk landscapes to identify legal regulatory reputational and integrity risks.
- Analyse information from a wide range of public and proprietary sources identifying relevant findings and assessing their significance.
- Evaluate the reliability and credibility of sources corroborating information where appropriate.
- Prepare clear concise and well-structured reports covering issues such as corruption political exposure sanctions adverse media litigation and other integrity concerns.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality investigative assignments within tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 02 years experience in due diligence investigations compliance risk advisory corporate intelligence or a related research environment.
- Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent research analytical and report-writing skills.
- Exposure to investigations due diligence corporate intelligence or similar research-led work.
- Strong academic record with a bachelors degree from a recognised university.
- Naturally curious detail-oriented and able to analyse complex information objectively.
