Were looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Plant & Tools Division. If youre someone who takes pride in keeping things organised enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing businessthis could be the opportunity youve been waiting for.
As a Labourer youll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely. Youll maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop and yard prepare plant equipment for hire and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service to our customers across construction utilities and infrastructure sectors.

This is a hands-on role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.

What Youll Be Doing

Keeping the workshop and yard clean tidy and hazard-free
Cleaning equipment and store it in an orderly fashion
Quality-checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure its hire-ready
Refuelling plant and machinery accurately updating fuel logs
Assisting with general workshop duties as required
Loading delivering and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a safe timely and professional manner ensuring all relevant checks and associated administration are completed accurately

What Youll Bring

Previous experience in a labourer role ideally within a hire depot or yard environment
Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment
High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Driving license required and a CSCS card and/or forklift licence are advantageous
