- All tasks are completed accurately efficiently and within required timescales while maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Shipments are transported using the most secure timely and operationally efficient methods available.
- Instructions provided by Dispatch Operations and Customer Service teams are followed diligently and professionally.

- Customer needs and expectations are consistently understood prioritised and met to the highest standard.
- All applicable regulations legislation and industry guidelines are fully complied with including but not limited to ADR AvSec and IATA requirements.
- Preparation and assembly of both single-use and reusable packaging solutions.
- If required assist with the pre-conditioning of temperature-controlled phase change materials (PCMs) and gel packs in accordance with operational requirements.
- Perform the refurbishment maintenance and preparation of reusable packaging systems and associated components to ensure they remain fit for purpose and compliant with operational standards.
- Assisting with the management of stock control
- Assist with the replenishment and conditioning of temperature-controlled materials including gel packs dry ice and other packaging components to ensure shipment integrity and compliance with temperature requirements.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.2 years of experience in logistics transportation warehouse operations inventory control or a related field in forklift operation licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
