The Role

• Drama Teaching: Deliver practical and theoretical lessons across KS3 GCSE and A-Level.

• Production Leadership: Direct school performances and support student-led productions.

• Performance Skills: Develop voice movement characterisation and ensemble work.

• Assessment: Prepare students for practical examinations and written components.

• Arts Enrichment: Coordinate workshops theatre visits and creative projects.

The Candidate

• Relevant Degree: A degree in Drama Theatre Studies or Performing Arts.

• Practical Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance techniques.

• Leadership: Experience directing productions or leading creative projects.

• Classroom Creativity: Ability to inspire students of different ages and abilities.

• Organisation: Excellent planning and event-management skills.
