Job Summary

A well-regarded independent school in Warwick is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join its Performing Arts provision. The school places considerable importance on creativity confidence and enrichment alongside academic achievement making this an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys bringing Drama to life in the classroom. The role is available from November.

The Role
  • Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4.

  • Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons.

  • Prepare students for GCSE Drama where appropriate.

  • Support school productions and extracurricular Performing Arts activities.

  • Develop students confidence creativity and performance skills.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification.

  • Have a degree or strong academic background in Drama or Performing Arts.

  • Be confident delivering practical performance lessons.

  • Have strong organisational and classroom management skills.

  • Be passionate about developing students through the Performing Arts.
