Wayman Education is seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Northampton. The successful candidate will be committed to developing students confidence creativity and performance skills.

Salary: MPS/UPS dependent on experience

Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver practical and theoretical lessons.
Develop students performance analytical and communication skills.
Support GCSE Drama students with coursework and examination preparation.
Contribute to performances and extracurricular activities.
Monitor and assess student progress.
QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong Drama and Performing Arts knowledge.
Experience teaching secondary students.
Creative and engaging teaching style.
Strong classroom management.
Excellent communication skills.
