Were looking for experienced Domiciliary Care Workers to join a well-established home care provider supporting people to remain safe independent and comfortable in their own homes.
This role is ideal for carers who already have experience within domiciliary care or residential care and are confident delivering high-quality person-centred support from day one.
Most of the people youll support are older adults alongside a small number of younger adults living with mental health conditions or complex needs. Every individual receives tailored support and youll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships while making a genuine difference every day.

Shift Patterns

The rota is prepared one month in advance helping you plan your work-life balance.
Full-time carers are typically offered around 8 hours per day while part-time opportunities are available from two or three days each week. Alternate weekends are preferred for full-time positions.

What Were Looking For
Female carers are required for the majority of care packages due to client preferences although male carers are welcomed for selected packages particularly within the Chinnor and Thame areas.
