Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations policies and quality standards.
• Lead support and manage the care team ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records monitor performance and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
• Strong CQC compliance safeguarding and team management experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
