Job Summary
Job Title: Domestic Abuse Specialist (DA Specialist)
Salary: 39819 to 49774 per annum
Hours: 35 per week Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Mariner House - Hybrid
Were currently looking for a Domestic Abuse Specialist to join our team.
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Domestic Abuse Specialist to lead our approach to supporting customers and colleagues affected by domestic abuse. Youll be providing specialist advice championing a survivor-led approach and working collaboratively across teams and with external partners to deliver safe and effective outcomes.
Youll lead on our Sustainability Plan to maintain our Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Gold accreditation shaping policies embedding training across the organisation and line managing a Tenancy Specialist Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to sustain our Gold standard ensure we maintain best practise and influence change to ensure those affected by domestic abuse receive the right support at the right time.
