Allen Motor Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager ready to take the next step and become part of this exciting journey.
Based at our OMODA JAECOO & Chery site in Milton Keynes youll work across the division with regular travel to our other sites. Youll have the opportunity to help shape the future of aftersales as these brands continue to grow.

Lead inspire and support Aftersales Managers across the division.
Drive profitability performance and customer experience.
Work closely with OMODA JAECOO and Chery to deliver their vision.
Identify opportunities to grow service revenue and performance.
Introduce best practice and raise standards across every site.

An experienced automotive Service Manager whos ready to think bigger.
Youll be commercially driven confident leading people passionate about customer experience and excited by the opportunity to build improve and influence.
