District Sales Manager - Agriculture
Field-Based - Cheshire
Imagine being trusted to run your territory like your own. Working in an industry youre genuinely passionate about spending your days out on farm and building relationships with farmers across Cheshire.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your area. Youll have existing customers to develop but a big part of the role is getting out there opening new doors and building a customer base you can be proud of.
And when your territory grows youll be rewarded for it.
What will you be doing
- Working directly with livestock farmers across Cheshire
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Prospecting and winning new business
- Selling a range of livestock products and herd management solutions
- Managing your own diary and planning your territory
- Building your network knowledge and credibility within the industry
Who were looking for
You might already work in agricultural sales or perhaps youre an agricultural branch manager who knows the industry deals with farmers every day and is ready for the next step.
We are looking for:
- 2 years sales experience (within agriculture animal health or a related sector)
- A strong understanding of agriculture and the livestock industry
- Someone comfortable and credible walking onto farm
- A natural ability to build relationships with farmers
- The drive to prospect and win new customers
- An ambitious outgoing and self-motivated personality
- Someone who enjoys having independence and responsibility

- Up to 45000 basic salary dependent on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Additional annual commission based on territory growth
