Directorate Support Officer
Job Summary
- Housing Repairs & Disrepair Support:
- Provide administrative support for housing repairs and maintenance services.
- Process and monitor repair orders through to completion.
- Ensure appropriate Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes are applied.
- Liaise with residents contractors surveyors housing officers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues affecting service delivery.

- Damp & Mould Case Coordination:
- Support the delivery and coordination of damp and mould programmes.
- Schedule and monitor inspections and repair works.
- Coordinate activities between contractors residents surveyors and support agencies.
- Proactively identify and resolve barriers to service delivery.

- Customer Service & Complaint Resolution:
- Respond to enquiries from residents and service users.
- Assist with complaints handling and service requests.

- Experience using IT systems for record management reporting and administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
