Director of Workplace and Property Central London c110k 25% bonus full package
Our client a well know media brand is recruiting a Director of Workspace & Property.
Based at the head office and studios in central London your remit extends to 20 regional offices studios and warehouses.
Your responsibilities include workspace strategy facilities management lease and property portfolio oversight capital projects health and safety compliance financial management and leadership of an in-house FM team of c15 staff and a multitude of hard and soft FM and catering contractors. Responsibilities are both fast paced day to day operations as well as strategic.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with broad FM and property management experience sound technical knowledge and exceptional people and influencing skills.
