Director, Product Management

Reporting to the VP Product for Diligent Market Intelligence you will lead the strategyroadmapand evolution of Stewardship Intelligenceone of DMIs core data products. Stewardship Intelligence providesmeeting executive compensation corporate governance and proxy-voting intelligence to institutional asset managers stewardship and governance professionals compensation advisers and consultants and corporateissuers.

You will lead both Product Management and Research. This is a domain-led role: substantial experience in stewardship proxy voting corporate governance executive compensation investorrelationsor a closely related capital-marketsdomain is. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities improve how research is performed at scale and ensure that Stewardship Intelligenceremainstrustedtimelyand valuable to its users.

• Own and continuously refine the product vision strategyroadmapand prioritisation for the Stewardship Intelligence portfolio coveringmeeting executive compensation corporategovernanceand proxy-voting intelligence.

• Lead develop andorganisethe Product Management and Research teamsestablishingclear priorities effective ways of working (with an emphasis on AI integration where possible) strong collaboration and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Be responsible forimproving dataset coveragemethodology quality traceability and timeliness usingappropriate processredesignautomationand AI-enabled approaches without compromising accuracy or trust.

• Partner closely with Engineering and UX to define build and launch high-quality product experiences and Data-as-a-Service capabilities that make stewardship intelligence easy to findunderstandand use.

• Builddeepunderstanding of the needs of institutional asset managers stewardship and governance professionals compensation advisers and consultants and corporateissuers. Use customer research marketinsightand product data to guide decisions.

• Partner with Commercial Marketing Sales and Customer Success to support product positioning packaging launch readinessadoptionand ongoing customer value.

• Significant experiencein Product Management Research Operations Data Products or a related discipline including experience leading teams and setting strategy for complex products or datasets.

• Mandatory domain experience in stewardship proxy voting corporate governance executive compensation investorrelationsor a closely related capital-markets domain with the credibility to engage institutional investors compensation advisers governanceprofessionalsand corporate issuers. Candidates without substantial relevant domain experience will not be considered.

• Demonstrated success owning and delivering B2B SaaS data or intelligence products from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap executionlaunchand ongoing performance improvement.

• Proven experience leading research or data operations teams responsible for large-scale structured datasets and enterprise-grade quality standards.

• A track recordof improving manual people-intensive processes through operating-model redesign automation or AI whilemaintainingqualitycontroland team engagement.

• Exceptional communication analyticaljudgementand stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across Product Engineering UX Commercial MarketingSalesand Customer Success.
