Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in Winchester IL. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills a commitment to quality care and a passion for supporting both residents and nursing staff. This role oversees all clinical operations ensures regulatory compliance and drives excellence in resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing services
Lead mentor and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations
Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations
Drive quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
Current RN license in Illinois
Previous DON or nurse leadership experience preferred
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
