Youll work at the heart of our Digital team bringing together customer insight commercial priorities and technical delivery to create seamless experiences that drive both guest satisfaction and business you will be and managing the product roadmap and backlog for the Parkdean Resorts website and booking customer insight analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and prioritise product clear hypotheses success measures and business outcomes for new features and closely with UX and Design teams to create intuitive accessible and guest-focused digital accessibility and customer experience excellence throughout the product development AI tools to enhance research analysis documentation and productivity applying sound judgement and data privacy best Agile ceremonies and working collaboratively with Engineering Design Marketing and Commercial compelling business cases and assessing the commercial impact of proposed product performance using data and customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager within a customer-facing website ecommerce booking or transactional platform.A strong track record of making product decisions based on data experimentation and customer insight rather than stakeholder opinion understanding of UX and customer experience principles journey mapping and accessibility standards including WCAG using analytics and optimisation tools such as GA4 A/B testing platforms and behavioural insights experience using AI tools to improve productivity research and knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira or Azure communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into product within ecommerce travel hospitality leisure or another fast-paced consumer-facing of personalisation loyalty programmes or CRM-led digital Product Owner certification such as CSPO PSPO or why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
